August 13 - Connor's first day of school. I took the day off so I could take him and pick him up on his first day of pre-kindergarten. He is in the morning class so we needed to be there by 8:00 and would pick him up at 10:30. He was so excited that he was awake at 6:00 and ready to leave at 7:00. As you can see from the pictures his excitement shows....even when we first got to school and he saw Alec. Something happened on the walk there b/c when it came time for him to stay and us to leave he became extremely unhappy. I had to leave with him crying and screaming for me - not an easy thing for this mom to endure.
