Our goal was to meet Shannon & Jack in the morning to escape the heat. We didn't make it to the zoo until 11ish. Thankfully it was a windy day with a slight overcast. Shannon and I opted to not take a wagon or rent one - this was a first. The boys did an amazing job! We were extremely proud of them. Below are some pics.

So this HYOOGE turtle actually walked up to the boys....it was the neatest thing! I told Connor the turtle was going after his graham cracker. :-)

Teagan chilling while we were having picture moments. For the record I was going to take her out of the stroller to partake in the fun, BUT we had just left the playground and were on the last leg of things.....so needless to say I thought it best to play the "she's happy where she's at" card.

Teagan on the merry-go-round.....this was interesting to me.....her first time on it. I sat her on a horse next to C and it went up/down one time and she was done. I was actually surprised.
